Admitted as a Solicitor in 2011, Claire has been with Sharratts Solicitors Ltd since January 2011 having undertaken her Training Contract at a firm in Staffordshire.
Claire is based at our Darlington Street office in the centre of Wolverhampton however is able to meet with clients at our Tettenhall office if that is easier.
Practicing in all aspects of Children Matters, Claire is regularly instructed to represent parents in Public Law Care Proceedings and Private Children Proceedings. In addition Claire takes instructions from Grandparents and other family members who may be involved with family children who are currently in the care of a Local Authority.
She has experience in dealing with a wide range of domestic violence cases including emergency injunction proceedings – Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders. Further, Claire also represents those involved in Forced Marriages proceedings.
Claire is an active member of the Wolverhampton & Black Country Junior Lawyers Division sitting on the committee as the Vice Chair. Further, she also sits on the Wolverhampton Law Society as a representative for the Wolverhampton & Black Country Junior Lawyers Division.
In her spare time Claire can be found supporting local Farmers Markets, driving tractors or at the gym.
