Our head of family department, Alisha Rait, is now a Resolution Accredited Specialist in family law.

A Resolution accreditation is an accreditation that is well respected amongst professionals involved in the field of family law in England & Wales.

A lot of hard work goes into obtaining this mark of excellence and we are delighted that Alisha now has this accreditation under her belt.

Alisha had to demonstrate she has the requisite knowledge, and experience to deal with the areas of law involved. The scheme involves a high standard of examination and one that Alisha excelled in.

The specialisation allows those who achieve accreditation to be a recognised member of the Resolution scheme. The Resolution scheme itself was set up by experienced family law experts and to be awarded accreditation you have to evidence passion and high levels of competence within selected family law fields. Alisha was able to bring both.

We at Sharratts are very proud of Alisha for her achievement and we cannot wait to see what she achieves next. She is currently completing an application to the law society for further specialist status. Watch this space…..
